Hey hey! I’m Kayla
— the coffee-obsessed web designer and systems strategist here at the Kayflower Collective.
My mission is to help transformational entrepreneurs bring their visions into reality through strategy, processes, frameworks and tech support so that they can structure, streamline, and scale their businesses and focus on doing what they love (taking care of their clients and living out their souls’ purpose).
A little more about me
In 2017, I landed an internship in my senior year of college, and after graduating, I was offered a job at the hospital that I interned at. Although this seemed like a great opportunity at the time, I was really unhappy and felt unfulfilled and disconnected from myself and my passions. There would be days where I would sit at my desk and daydream about how to escape, and all I could focus on was this couldn’t be what I do for the rest of my life.
My dream career was a life-changing accident:
I started my entrepreneurial journey as a life purpose coach and while working on the behind-the-scenes of my dream business, I discovered my passion for systems and design. The experience of building a business, from creating a brand identity to having a fully responsive website to taking my clients through an experience that left them excited, excited me!
That's when I knew I had found my purpose and soul's work:
I made the switch from focusing on helping others design their life to helping other entrepreneurs design their website and business structure.
I didn’t come to this conclusion on my own, though. I took a leap and invested in my own life and business coach to help me clarify how I could serve others and make an impact while doing what I love. She helped me realize that I did not need to help clients in a traditional coaching role in order to fulfill my purpose of helping, inspiring and impacting.

So, I’ve decided to embrace my life’s work and empower entrepreneurs like you who are ready to thrive. I am dedicated to helping others create and sustain businesses that are in alignment with their values and passions, to make the world a better place, one business at a time.

I was able to overcome extreme shyness, and now I'm a proud introvert and believe my introversion has allowed me to thrive as an entrepreneur.
They say everything happens for a reason, and I happened to discover my love for business systems & web design while working on my coaching business.
When I'm not busy behind the computer screen, you can usually find me dancing on stage at someone’s Zumba class or outside taking a walk.
In high school, I played the clarinet and was a certified band geek who participated in marching band and concert band.
Not only do I have an unhealthy obsession with coffee, but with self-development books and courses.
I feel super connected to birds and even have two feathered-children (parakeets).
The Kayflower Collective is about more than than the work I do. My life coaching experience and love for entrepreneurship will always be in my core.
I’ve invested in branding, graphic design, web design and many other technical courses to continuously improve my skills and help soulful entrepreneurs like you find confidence and be proud of how they are represented to the world.
